Arnab, Executive Vice President - Global Operations is one of the Co-Founders of emids. He has a strong background and expertise in setting up and scaling offshore centers. In his current role, he handles Global Delivery Operations and Delivery Assurance. In addition, he is also responsible for People Practices, Talent Acquisition, IT Infrastructure, Facilities, and Logistics.

Arnab works with the leaders of these groups to effect deeper integration and consistency of our internal value chain. His focus lies in driving quality across all areas of global operations ensuring continuous improvements, as well as preparedness for high growth and scalability. Prior to this he led the delivery function for over three years and spent a significant amount of time with clients to understand their expectations, and to enhance the ‘partnership experience’ for them.

Arnab has worked with Wipro and Microsoft in the past. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from NIT Calicut and a PGCBM from XLRI. He also serves on the board of two other organizations that he has co-founded.

His hobbies include cooking exotic gourmet dishes, and playing cricket. He enjoys going on long drives with his family and friends. A very promising, budding drummer, he plans to put together a music band, for which he is in the process of setting up a music room in the Bangalore office.

Prithwi, Senior Vice President at emids, focuses on strategic initiatives and operations of the Provider Business Unit. He also oversees the Healthcare Practice at emids.

Prithwi, a well-seasoned and thorough professional, has over fourteen years of experience in business development, product management, marketing, account management, and consulting. His experience spans across the APAC as well as the US geographies in technology products and services. Prithwi has worked for leading organizations such as, Newgen, NIIT, and Ocwen Financial Corporation where he was instrumental in setting up the functions of business development, account management, pre sales, marketing, and product management, for a suite of enterprise technology products.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Calicut, and an MBA from Nirma Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He is a voracious reader of books on a plethora of varied topics, and maintains a well-stocked library in his office. An avid sports enthusiast, he plays some serious cricket, and tracks the game, internationally. He also listens to soulful Indian music, plays the guitar, and enjoys watching movies during his free time.

Ramesh is responsible for risk management, process compliance, process improvement, and delivery excellence.

He brings with him, nineteen years of experience, in software development, quality assurance, competency development, and process improvement. He started his career as a Scientist at Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO), with the Government of India. After this he moved on to global outsourcing major, Wipro Technologies, where he worked for major telecommunications giants. He led organization wide quality improvement initiatives and technical training programs.

Ramesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. His hobbies include teaching and running marathons.

Srinivasan, popularly known as, ‘Srini’, heads Delivery and Operations functions for the Healthcare Technology and Services (HTS) business unit. He is in charge of overall successful delivery of projects that are under this unit within the stipulated budget and timeframe. Employee relationship and management, and quality assurance and control are also some of his major tasks.

Change is inevitable in an organization that is growing at a fast pace. He strongly believes that establishing standards and processes across the system that are able to cope with change is the best way to achieve success. Srini has 23 years of experience in the IT industry and 10+ years of years in global delivery. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and is a Certified Scrum Master.

Srini is a sports lover, and has played at District level cricket for the city of Chennai. He is also a good Carrom player and has represented his school/college at District level games. He has grown from the level of a database developer to a Database architect. Nevertheless, he still loves to get involved in technical discussions especially on database development.

Rahul oversees the Business Intelligence practice at emids. He has been part of the Healthcare industry in technology leadership roles for more than a decade. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Products at Vitalspring Technologies, where he led the creation of award-winning Healthcare Business Intelligence solutions that were deployed to several self-insured employers. Prior to Vitalspring, Rahul was a management consultant at Microstrategy where he advised large corporations all over the US in formulating their enterprise Business Intelligence strategies.

Rahul specializes in helping Healthcare organizations leverage their data assets for tangible business benefit. His other areas of expertise include product strategy, systems interoperability, large scale data operations and Software-as-a-Service.

Rahul holds a Master's Degree in Engineering from Dartmouth College and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Pune, India. He enjoys long-distance running on scenic trails and is always on the lookout for new trails when he travels. He is also a barbecue enthusiast and likes to bring touches of Indian cuisine to the favorite American pastime.
