Robert Greenberg

Bob is a global Information Technology (IT) executive with strong general management and IT leadership expertise. He is exceptionally skilled at creating business models through the usage of advanced technologies and the concomitant organization dynamics. He has demonstrated success in structuring and resolving complex issues, ranging from organization creation to global business process re-engineering. His areas of expertise include Leadership and Organization Development, IT Strategy and Execution, Outsourcing and Offshore Development, Business Process Re-engineering and the associated behavioral, procedural, and organizational changes necessary to execute a large scale change.

His past experience includes Nissan Americas, VP/CIO; Avaya Inc, Vice President, IT ;Dell Inc., Director, IT; Exxon, CIO Asia Pacific

Bob actively advises emids and its customers on a variety of topics including contracts, engagement models, service level agreements and IT governance. He is a panel member in emids Flat World Cafe forum.

Ramesh Emani

Ramesh Emani is an industry veteran in the IT and software services and solutions industry. He has worked with Wipro for about 24+ years in various positions. His last position in Wipro was as President of Telecom and Product Engineering solutions. He was a member of Wipro's Corporate Executive Council. The Telecom and Product Engineering Solutions business in Wipro had a run rate of about one billion dollars based on business done in Q3 of 2007-08, and had an employee base of over 19,000 people. That group had wide presence with sales and delivery capabilities outside of India in USA, Europe, Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea and Israel, and was the world's largest engineering services group.

Ramesh Joined Wipro in 1983 and worked in a variety of roles in India and USA, moving across IT and Technology domains. His notable achievements in Wipro were starting and building relationship with GE in the early 1990s, starting and building telecom group from scratch, starting and building Japan group, scaling the product engineering to its pinnacle position in the world and, acquiring and integrating 4 companies in Europe and Asia into his business division. He also worked as CTO for Wipro Technologies. Prior to Wipro, he worked for three years with Tata Burroughs Ltd. and also on a number of assignments in US and France. Ramesh did his Masters degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, in 1980.

He started a new venture called, Insta Health Solutions Pvt Ltd in June 2008, which is focused on solutions for healthcare market in India. His role was that of a Co-Founder and CEO.

Ramesh provides emids with experienced insight into various areas such as account-based marketing, competency development, pricing models, and managing growth.
