Cynergy is emids' Healthcare Center of Excellence. Our core objective is to develop and drive domain competencies to enable emids to be a niche healthcare IT services and solutions provider.
Cynergy has been set up to understand the current industry trends and key business challenges faced by our clients; develop innovative and out of the box solutions to solve those business problems in a cost effective and efficient manner. The means to achieving this end is:
- Facilitate domain focus in delivery through delivery accelerators and enablers
- Enhance the domain (business) knowledge of emids' BAs by virtue of strong association with Cynergy
- Undertake consulting engagements for certification & MU, HIPAA 5010 transition, and ICD-10 transition
- Keep evolving emids' healthcare lab to reflect market trends in terms of technology and needs
- Build solution frameworks to address challenges/ pain points like a framework for an end-to-end remediation solution for standards compliance
- Capture and disseminate healthcare knowledge organization-wide
The focus is always to be proactive, and stay ahead of the curve in identifying and analyzing current and future industry trends, business problems, performing gap and impact analysis, coming up with innovative cost effective solution offerings, developing smart tools and technology framework, support efficient implementation and reduce implementation cost.
Healthcare lab
Our certification programs as well as healthcare ecosystem are means to institutionalize the healthcare domain knowledge. The next step identified was to build organization-wide HIT expertise, and that is where our healthcare lab comes in. This ensures that we:
- Institutionalize practical healthcare domain knowledge
- Are able to reuse code that we have written to build applications and/ or modules
- Incorporate the learning from prior engagements
